Muscles through rowing

People are saying good-bye to spinning and indoor cycling by opting for rowing. Spinning and cycling move the body in the forward direction only whereas rowing on a rowing machine pulls and pushes the body both back and forth.

One of the precautions a beginner to a rowing machine must take is adjusting the damper settings, which is a must. A damper is a gear. Beginning from three to five on the settings is ideal. Rowing must be done with the whole body rather than only with the arms. Otherwise, it will lead to unnecessary stress without a complete body workout.

Hunching the back also leads to unnecessary pain after rowing. Sitting tall is the way to go. One must also focus on the speed and move in a rhythm rather than going too fast or too slow. Following all the steps in the rowing workout is a must so that all the parts of the body get exercised.

So when other gymnasium machines are crowded, make the best use of your time and hop onto a rowing machine.
